Scratch

I probally have a psot like this SOMEWHERE but its problems agian
Okay first Booting up scratch
It says
"Squeak cannot locate the file Scratch.changes
Please check if it is the right direcory and under the right name

Making a project
First the cat does not show up. And i cant make any sprites or else they show up as white dots
And there is a white border around the whole thing
And when i try to upload if it lets me make a sprite it says
Invaild file "Media Player "

And upon close it reads
Would you like to save the changes you've made
I click no and it does nothing
I had tried redownloading but it will overload my PC someday
and when i re-run a old installer that i have saved it lets me Start Scratch. It works normally but if i close and start it agian this whole thing happens agian! Please Help!
