I think it would be useful for a User Description, so people can post upcoming projects they are making and things like that, or when they wont be available say from vacation or things like that. What do you think?

well a lot of users do not use forums so if you do it on the User Page then EVERY user can do it

The only problem would be people trying to say bad things, and because its hard to fish out certian messages it could cause a problem. Also where would it be located and would there be a character limit?

it could be located right below the user icon
well you can flag the user if they post bad things

That could work other than the fact that the Scratch Team probably already gets swamped with flagged projects/messages.
