Scratch

I have created the costumes for my sound button (where you click to switch options, either mute sound or sound on), but I don't know how to make the sound go on and off with the on and off costumes (switching costumes by clicking). This would probably be fixed with a "Sensing" programming line "on costume 2" or something, so I can do "if on mute-costume stop all sounds" and "if on sound-on play blahblahsound until done forever".

I can't make it "when soundbutton clicked stop all sounds" and then "when soundbutton clicked play sound" because... yeah. It will just play the sound 

Does anyone know how to make the sound button work?
