How Long Must I Wait?
I know, I know, i have to wait a few days, but i'm getting impatient...and bored...so i'm wondering...how long does it usually take for the scratch team to reply to you from the contact us? i mean, more specific than "a few days." just wondering, because last time, it only took a day, this time, it's already been about 2 days. does it vary a lot or a little? sorry, but this post is mainly to fill my boredom of waiting. just answer my question with a long complex answer to keep me occupied, k?

For me it's within 2 days or never.

I guess it depends on how much mail they receive and how fast they can reply to it.
Sometimes when I send a message to the Scratch Team, it can take as little as a few hours. Other times, it can take a day, or even longer; one time it took about 4 days to get a reply!
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease

ahh, so THAT explains why it has been varying so much! last time, i had to wait a day, this time, they must have more mail so it's taking longer! thanks, cheddargirl!

Yep. It also varies on what the Scratch Team is doing at the time. If everyone is on vacation, it can take a week or more until they get back. It really varies - and they just check it whenever they can.
One time it took me a week to get a response. But I can assure you the Scratch Team is hard at work answering emails.
