Make A Programming Language!
This is going to be pretty hard to make. Or not(that was added in case some pro scripter came and declared it easy). Anyway, the idea is to make a whole programming language... IN SCRATCH!!! Can you do it? Only you decide!

Well, SRR already has Skip, which he is writing DevOS in. Prism productions also made a markup language similar to HTML, although I forget what it was called. And I made my programmable Turtle Graphics project, but that's not really a programming language as far as I'm concerned.
But that's not to rain on your potential parade. Programming languages in Scratch are still mostly experimental. Good luck to you!

I think this will need a lot of investment. You need to find some Venture Capitalist. Try driving around silicon valley and you may find one

I made a programming language-ish thing in Scratch. I named it Cheese.

Pretty easy if you use LOGO as a base, I made one too:
Hint: use LISTS to store commands
