Hey everyone just asking a question.
Alright so i set up a java server (using apache mina) and scratch can connect fine just the data its sending is not complete. example when the scratch client connect to the java server this is the output.
HeapBuffer[pos=0 lim=23 cap=4096: 00 00 00 13 70 65 65 72 2D 6E 61 6D 65 20 61 6E...]
00 00 00 13 70 65 65 72 2D 6E 61 6D 65 20 61 6E < that is incomplete is translates to -
????peer-name an

(im guessing the 00 00 00 13 is padding on the buffer?)

so any ideas to get the whole data do i have to change something in scratch.

hmm can get it to work great in python not in java... hmm ill try again tomorrow tongue

EDIT: yay got the whole message through to java big_smile will begin writing the actual server tomorrow smile

Not particualy its just none of his family had a degree and he wants one! He figured computers was the easiest as he does it with the OU
