Hi wilfried! Welcome to Scratch. 
If you have any questions with Scratch, whether it's the program or the website, just ask - the All About Scratch forum is probably a good place to ask.
You might want to take a look at the Scratch Wiki - it's a great place for looking up things, with over 300 articles (including an article on each block) and plenty of dedicated editors.

Ooh, a tip: Don't be afraid of the report button! 
Using it doesn't make everything all grave; it just means that the moderators will view your report and take care of things. Maybe one day you'll be one of them.
