Ah well. Maybe next time; I think it said it'll just be free for today, but when the server comes back up again, you'll have to pay to keep playing.
Tell your parents:
1. I tried it and it doesn't have any viruses; I'm certain.
2. You only have to pay once.
3. It's not a game you'll get bored of, at least, not for a very long time.
4. It's worth it.
5. It's very unique, unlike any other game.
6. It's not gorey or violent.

By the way, to people who just join, you hold right mouse on stuff to break it then pick it up, or else you can't really build
Also, it's night time at the moment, and it's really dark

You walk around breaking stuff and getting materials, then building weapons and houses, and killing monsters at dark. That's just normal mode single-player. There's zombie invasion, and other modes too
