Whats the most 'OMG FAIL!' thing you have ever done?
When it snowed at school, and I walked down the hill and tripped up and slid all the way down with random school kids watching me lol
Whats your 'OMG FAIL' moment?

hmmm.... probably when i almost burned my elbow off trying to put a hot dog in a bun.

When I was 8, I stuck my head out my window, and, for no logical reason, sang a modified version of Jingle Bells as loud as I could.Then, I looked down and saw my neighbors smoking on there porch and staring at me. Talk about "Belongs in a movie".

Mine was when I accidentally knocked over a bathroom stall because I got tackled into it
Of course, in the real world, I would get beat up if I ever even said the words 'omg fail' that's why we call it... something else

I yelled "Oh, [lawl, removed]!" During my soccer game on Saturday. Only a few players heard me, and they didn't care. If the ref would have heard, I would've been suspended from the games, most likely. o_O
Er.. "OMG FAIL!".. I don't really recall anything, but I'll edit this when I do

in 4th grade when i was walking to school i slid backwards half way across this thing of ice and tripped and fell on my back, but since i had alot of homework i had lots of books in my backpack and i didnt get hurt but my glasses flew off and hit my friend in the face.

I have another one. In ccd, i was walking down the stairs, when i slipped, and i was studdering down the stares on my but going "o-o-o-o-o-oh c-r-r-r-r-r-" but i didnt finish cus my ccd teacher yelled at me for slipping D:

I launched a firework (one of the huge ones), and it didn't explode in midair. It kept going, then started going down. It made quite a fireball of the baseball field down the road.
