There are visual tweek programs but using them slows down the computer and some are full of viruses and faults. They also costs. You could try free cursors and you could also download a hacked explorer.exe and change the toolbar to downloaded themes. (risky)

cool- i did that with vista a while back but i got kinda bored of it xD im pretty sure you get like areo snap and things like that as seperate apps for vista aswell.

When I think of tweaks, I think of registry edits (which can be a bit risky at times).
But, if you're not afraid to edit the registry; I believe there is a registry edit that makes IE run faster; I've tried it myself before, and it works to some degree (you can probably find it online in a YouTube tutorial and try it out yourself if you're interested).

Muy windows registry is messed up, so i cant reinstall itunes or anything, it is a risky thing to do, but my computer runs way faster now
