changes to scratch
i hate the changes there doing to scratch it is so stupid you can only post to messages at a time (only if there the same )but still ! for example i am having a concept car drawing contest and i wanted to post shortcuts on my friends' projects but i could only do it 2 times! they added to many rules and limits to scratch i like the original web sight better (i had an acount on scratch when it first started).

The new rules were put into place because of all the complaints about spamming on peoples projects. I think the Scratch team has done a respectable job of addressing this problem. Unfortunately, there will always be legitimate posts caught up in any kind of filter.
I'm sure the Scratch team would love to hear how you might change the spam filter to suit you while still protecting hundreds or thousands of other users from being spammed.

Thanks for thinking I know it all, but I'd say i know more like 99% :-)
but seriously, the forums are the best place to voice your concerns/propositions. I would post your concern in the suggestions forum. I believe that is monitored by some of the scratch team members.
I got caught up in the filter too. there were several people that asked to be notified when my Guardian 3D game was done. By the time it was done, the new rules were in place, and I couldn't notifiy everyone. I made note of it in the forums. They aren't going to change anything because one scratcher is upset, but if enough people don't like something, they have been known to change it.
