Well, that I've seen, anyways.
You can either enter a project, or be a judge. I'm a judge.

Judges:
DaGamez
svinnik
MasterOfDeception

Projects entered:
#1: Sonic R by calebxy
#2: The Epic Platformer by Kileymeister
#3: Fishing Adventure by Aidan
#4: LineMaster by RocksAndFire
#5: Goat Man Official Trailer by militarydudes

To Judges:
You have to rate them from 1-10/10.
There can only be 8 judges

To Players:
You can enter any game, but it must be before there's 16 projects.

Round 1 includes all 16 projects entered.
Round 2 includes the 8 that got the highest total
Semi-Finals includes the 4 that got the highest total
Finals includes the 2 that got the highest total
Winner is the one that got the highest total

(Two judges on Round 1, two other judges on Round 2, the four other judges on round 3, and on the Finals every judge)

So, you can either finish a project before there's 16 projects or you can enter an already made project by yourself before there's 16 projects.

No projects that are already famous for being awesome like RHY's Line can't be submitted, because we need to give the others a chance.

(NOTE, as some people asked, just to summarize, you can enter a project until there's 16 projects, so if you want to release a project a week after, you can, because there probably won't be 16 until around October, but you have to release it and enter before it reaches 16 projects)

Nah, because it's not showing a project, it's a contest. And not in collaboration because it's not teams, even though 2 people can add 1 project if they both made it together.

It has to be a game, and you can only add one per person, though you can enter one project as two people together if they collaborated.
