Sound input

an option to take sound input from the stereo mix rather than a microphone.

This will allow sound control from the pc output such as a song playing in itunes etc... without getting owned by the static death trap that is a mic input. obviously any sounds within the project would also be directly captured - clean.

as is the sound control isnt working online so it would be interesting to see if removing the mic fixes that as well.

Re: Sound input

You can already do this (at least on a Windows computer.) Just go to your sounds settings, and under your Voice Input settings (on XP, Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices > Voice tab > "Volume" under Voice recording) and check the box that says "Stereo Mix" instead of the one that says "Mic Volume"
