Internet Explorer 9

Right now the beta is out. I'm trying it now and it is soo cool!!
My favorite feature is that you can pin programs to the taskbar by dragging the tab (windows 7) and the sites can have jump lists (windows 7)!!  tongue

What's a jump list? Google it.

It's said that IE is safer, faster and looks better.
It has better Windows 7 Integration (jump lists, website pinning to taskbar).
It can use Hardware Accelaration so it uses more than just your CPU. That might be what makes IE faster.
The website is the biggest part of the browser window because the Tabs and Url bar are on the same line.
It still makes the 64-bit version very unusable for A LOT OF WEBSITES even microsoft becatse they can't recognize it and some addons are not in 64-bit edition. (x64 systems only)
IE Tab sandboxing, you can make a new window with a tab, and it doesn't do stuff like reloading the page. (no relation to sandboxie)
It's new and epic. :3

Compatibility mode is still IE7. xD

Right now, it scores a 95/100 on the acid3 test!!!!! Microsoft is making IE right now, putting in the web standards now.

The address bar and the tabs are on the same line. That saves lots of pixel space.  big_smile

And I never gave you a .image file...

I like Safari. Even when I get Windows 7 on my Mac I'm not going to use IE9.

I searched it and you were the one who made it, so I guess I have to thank you  tongue

I got it from this post.

Oops, that was a quote, I just copied it from the search display.

NO THANKS TO YOU!  tongue

Credit to Mick instead, sorry for the misunderstanding.

I'll go use Ruffle's emo corner now  tongue

IE9 doesn't support XP anyway...only 7 and vista. And the pin tab is windows 7 only.

IE isn't even comparable to Firefox, Firefox being much more secure, especially when running No-Script.

Not to mention Firefox (and other Firefox-based browsers) can be manually configured to run at its best based on one's own Internet connection.  big_smile

I usually don't care about that. All I care about is having an internet connection and a browser. :3

Internet Explorer is the slowest of all modern browsers, studies have shown. Also, everything looks messed up in IE because it isn't compliant with any standards whatsoever. Safari is my weapon of choice  big_smile

True, but I like configuring my Flock browser so it loads everything faster. :3

Of course IE can also be configured to run fast if you're brave enough to try editing the registry (but, then again, you're using a beta version of IE, so I wouldn't recommend it here).

If you want to post make it about ie9.

So...IE9 is great with Windows 7 But it doesn't work with XP. So only Vista and 7.
