Scratch

Here is my speech:

    Hello! My name is Terminator68, and I have decided to run for community moderator. When I started Scratch, I had always wondered what a "Moderator" was. Thanks to the help of fellow scratchers and the scratch team, I have learned what a moderator is and what they do. After learning this, I have always wanted to become a moderator, and now I am seizing the chance.
    I joined Scratch in February, 2008. Ever since, I've been getting a kick of it. After a year or so, I discovered the forums (I didn't know what they were before). The forums, for me, were a great place to ask questions and discuss different aspects of programming with Scratch. Also, I loved to help members with their various programming problems. Whether a script worked differently or a user needed scripts, I would help them. I also gave feedback on many projects, and gave new users helpful tips.
    If I become a moderator, I could also protect users from spam and inappropriate images. And whether something needs to be closed or a title needs to be edited, I'll help. I already spend a lot of time on the forums, so I will be available to help any user in need.
    Scratch is very important to me, so I want to help the community by being a moderator. I realize this job is important, and it would be an honor if I get elected, but I realize it takes major responsibility. Despite that, I still want to take that responsibility, and help Scratch. And that includes everyone in the Scratch community.
    Scratch has helped me accomplish many things. Most of those things I would only image doing. Now that Scratch has given me that ability, I want to give back something in return.
