If anyone wants a shiny latias here's the story:

I was surfing in my emerald looking for where kyogre is. then out of of nowhere a shiny latias appears out of nowhere! i catch it. i migrate it. the end.
(i was really lucky because Latias is extemly hard to find and capture beacuase it appears in random places and runs away the first turn. It's even harder to find a shiny latias because there is a 1 in 8000+ chance of finding any shiny pokemon. and i did it all on my first encounter with latias!)

****MY ACHIEVMENTS****
-Completed the Nation Pokedex, sadly, had to give my friend the Pokemon back 
-Have got all 8 badges
-I have only lost 1 battle - with a friend who had a full deck (with Lv. 50s) and me, with only 1 Pokemon in my deck Lv. 71 - my Groudon, but my friend loved water Pokemon, and as you know, Water type attacks are super effective to Ground...other than that, I've never lost a battle.
