Scratch is a normal-type move with 40 Base Power, 100 Accuracy, 35 PP, and no additional effects that can be learned by numerous Pokemon. It involves using claws, etc. to slash at the opponent's body. 
Scratch is also a children's programming language designed to be easy to learn and use, and encourages sharing and collaboration.

Scratch is a place that gave me the ability to program games that I only imagined being able to make. Scratch is pure awesomeness.
