That image is a little small... I can't read the text. Do you mind uploading a full-size image?

Squeak cannot locate the sources file named C/Program Files/Scratch/SqueakV2.Sources. Please check that the file is named properly and is in the same directory as this image. Further explanation can be found in the startup window, "How Squeak Finds Source code." That's what the message reads. Huh, must be linked to clicking "Quit" on the world menu.  sad

Try uninstalling Scratch and then installing it again, perhaps?

Hm... Well, you are missing a file. I don't understand why reinstalling shouldn't get that file back to you.

I tried finding the file in my own version of Scratch, but it doesn't appear to exist.  hmm

Thats the last straw. I cant install older versions. It opens to reveal the messege is still there and it's actully Scratch 1.4.  mad

I thought of something! Click OK, then exit fill-screen mode (shift-click on the "R'' in the scratch logo and click "turn fill screen on". Then shift-click R again, but click "save image for end user". I hope it works.
