Was there an age restriction of 13 and above last year inorder to make and receive comments, or even post projects?
I though I remembered such a restriction, but perhaps I was thinking of a different site?
Anyone know?

There were no restrictions, and will never be any.

Nah, I don't remember any age restrictions. Although I'd love to see a 5-year-old recreate Super Mario Galaxy in Scratch
Hey! Click here if you just lost the game.

+1 The website and everything is supposed to be easily accessible to everyone.

Oh, come on, you know that they're not doing it to hinder new Scratchers and that they're only doing it for battling spammers...

Someone actually tested this out. He set the age as 0 years old, set the country as Antarctica and set his name as Penguin. He got in and was able to access everything(except the New Scratcher restricted stuff though).
EDIT:I just realized this means that technically, a 5 year old could become a mod. ZOMG
