JeanTheFox here. I just realized that not many people on the Scratch community know how to do this.
Let's say you make a poll, like "Do you like fried chicken, or not?"
If you want to make a list, like how many people do like fried chicken, then you don't want this;
People who do wrote:
User1
User2
User3
So instead of using this;

Try this;
People who do:
So you get a much better looking quote;
People who do:
User1
User2
User3
I hope this helps, and Scratch On!

Um, then why did you post?

I think you need to be a little more clear. Maybe start by explaining that you can make those boxes using quotes? I don't think most people realize that. I know how to do this, and I still had to reread it a couple times to understand what you were trying to say.
