You'll have to download the font, I'm afraid... Figure out what it's called through the Paint Editor (the font should stay intact on the Paint Editor until you make changes to the text) and look it up

The Paint Editor is what you use to edit sprites. Switch to the text tool and the name of the font should be displayed in the place where you select which font to use. Look that font up on the internet and download it

To install a font:
If you download a font right click on it and install or drag it to your font file and it will install by its self.
Font file location: C /windows/font
Note: You can't download a Scratch project to get the font you need to download the actual font.

It should.
Make sure you are putting it in the right folder and it is the right type of file.

... Use www.dafont.com
Open the Paint Editor - Located IN Scratch.
Look at the font the project owner used when they made the project.
TYPE that font on the internet and download.
Or use dafont.com and find something similiar.
Save the font where you can find it ie; ON THE DESKTOP
Then right click it, and select INSTALL.
Done.

How to get fonts: Download the font folder to somewhere you can remember. Next, go to that place and open the font file. If I'm right, the file should be a compressed (Zipped) file. Extract the file. Next, copy the TrueType font file. Go to C/Windows/Fonts. Paste it into the folder. It should install and be useable. Hope that helped!
