Hello Scratch Community!
I'm J0j2 (Oh really?!) I'm going to run for moderator! Even though I'm probably going to trip while running, I'm running anyway at the risk of smashing my face! That's how much I love you guys, Scratchers
Here's my little speech. It's not too long for those of you people who hate those massive text walls of china (although I love 'em!);
I'm J0j2, and I've been a scratcher for about 2 years. I've been on the forums for a while and I know the interest, ins and outs, trends, ideas and personalities of the group in miscellaneous, and in other forums! My post count's pretty good if you choose to base it on that, and I've never gotten a report or message from scratch stating negative activity. I have good ideas and thoughts about how things should be done online and on forums, and I have always loved scratch.
I'm also while a forum geek, a scratcher. I have programmed a lot of things in my time here and know both the program and the forums!
I've played around with PunBB so I know how to moderate using it's tools. And might I add I also own a forum with over 80 members called Storynetwork.org. I know how to successfully manage and moderate forums and all kinds of stuff along those lines.
I am well organized on the computer and keep things documented and in order, so you'll find no trouble with me scattering things everywhere.
You will also find although I enjoy joking around and humor on these forums, I also can be very serious and give firm, strong, well thought through answers to valid questions, this is an important quality to have, and if you find other candidates with these qualities, I recommend you consider them as well I.
But more importantly, that's a lot about me. You, the community, the fantastic, awesome, epic community of scratch are what matters here. You're the people that want a fellow scratcher to be on the team! If you have ideas, questions, concerns or anything else, I will be happy to take that into account and answer your calls.
You are the people who can be behind me, you are the people who make this community the fantastic place it is. So, if you want this community to get even better by having a scratcher who knows you onboard with the team, Vote for J0j2!
Some reasons you might want to vote for me in plain text,
-I've been a scratcher for 2 years
-I know this community super well
-I program on scratch as well as be on the forums
-I have a relatively high post count
-I'm always looking out for the safety of scratchers
-I'm also making sure it's fine to have fun on the forums. (What else are they for?!)
-I know how to moderate on PubBB
-I own a large forum myself
-I have very good ideas on right and wrong and can define justice
-I can lead events and make things happen
-Most everything I post is well thought out
-Fairness is a huge quality in my life, real and online
-I have read the Terms of Use/Rules of the forums
-I will be a devoted moderator for the forums and for the users
VOTE J0j2 AND MAKE THE FORUMS A BETTER PLACE FOR YOU AND FOR SCRATCH!

And if you don't like reading, here's this for all you very, very lazy forum people (actually, it doesn't really make sense why you're on a forum if you don't like to read text...oh well!) this is me on the forums in emoticons!
Well, I sure hope that was convincing. If you have any questions on my moderator skill set or on me, please, type away! :D Questions or concerns, just post!
If you like my speech, there's no better reward you can give me than a comment or question, or just a simple Bump. Thanks. :D
For now, LIVE LONG AND PROSPER
MY FELLOW SCRATCHERS!
Please discuss!!!

Have you read the Terms of Use?
Psshh nobody reads the terms of use. You're only required to read them before you sign up, but you know, whatever.

I actually did read them, well, skim them, lol. It's important to know the basics if you're a mod. Ruffle's got a point.

I've read them around 14 times on my own will, not trying to beat anyone, not trying to win anything, nothing, just read them to be a better scratcher. And proof I didn't do it to get to be mod or anything is that I did it in around July, when it wasn't any election. I read around 1-3 times a month, sometimes more.

Exactly my point, actually.
To be honest, I read the ToU for the first time a few weeks ago.
I have no idea what I'm trying to prove here, though o_O

Why would you read it 14 times? That won't really make you a better scratcher unless you're following them. And are you just reading them or are you actually learning them?

Reading them doesn't do anything as long as you think about them as you post. I always try to do this when I post.

I have a question: What do you think about me as a mod? Just wondering.

Well I can actually see you with the power

Why thank you! It was a fast sketch though. I might upload a better one later if I actually fit the requirements for the election when it starts.

Thanks. That means a lot coming from someone who doesn't say that about anyone, lol!
