Note range increase

In Scratch, if you want to play a note, you don't have a full piano. We could use a full piano. You can't do things like Fur Elise without a full piano. Please add a full piano.

You can edit the numbers for more notes.
The piano is just there to make simple tunes easier for new users.

Like colorfusion said, you're not limited to the piano, you can just edit the number slot.
