Forum problem
I've had two problems with the forums in 10 minutes.
1: If I talked in CAPS it Made Me Talk Like This.
2: If I did the 
smiley it came out like:

This is because forum posts can't be full Caps. This prevents spammers from yelling out their spam (I think).
