could eny one tell me how to add friends because i am new to scratch thanks

When you are viewing one of their projects, you can click on their name and it will take you to their home page.  On their home page, in the upper left corner, just below their Icon or Avatar, there is a link that says "add to friends"  click on that.

You can also get to their home page by clicking on their name in the Forums.  I hope that helps, and welcome to Scratch!
