Which browser are you using?  hmm  I've been getting that error on projects lately - while using Google Chrome... but I never got it on notifications... Try refreshing the page, maybe?  hmm

Remember the project with the rubix cube that had the HTML code as it's name it interferes with the notifications.

I use google chrome all the time and never got that error in my scratch life  hmm
