Squeak Memory error...yet worse...

I downloaded a project and I was going to open it Scratch, but every time I click on the file the Sqeak memory error pops up. I try to close Scratch, but it won't work. And brought me to some other random project i downloaded.  hmm  Can anyone help me?   sad

Well, the only thing that I know can potentially fix this problem is to open the Task Manager (ctrl+alt+del) and under the "Processes" tab, give "Scratch.exe" a higher priority by right-clicking and changing it.

My computer did that to me once. Move all of your projects to a different folder, uninstall Scratch, and install it again.  wink
