If you have some marsmallows available, here's an amazing recipe:
1. Put a marshmallow in the center of a paper plate.
2. Microwave the marshmallow on high for 30 seconds.
3. As soon as the 30 seconds is up, quickly put the paper plate in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
4. Take out the marshmallow, and eat it. It has a significantly different (yet amazingly tasty) flavor than normal
.
I made the recipe myself xD. Try it.

I don't see how freezing something can affect the flavor.
Try it. The marshmallow gets hard and tastes like candy.

I've put marhsmallows in the microwave before, and I can't put them in for more than 15-20 seconds; otherwise, they sort of explode.

I can get 30 seconds in before they explode.

That's what I meant- use the large marshmallows. Don't worry, it's supposed to go flat. When you freeze it and eat it, it tastes amazing

Today I had a barbecue(for Labor Day), so I changed it up a bit. I put the marshmallow over the grill, and rotated it until it started smoking. I blew on it, then stuck it in the freezer. After 10 minutes, I took it out, and set it on fire. Then I froze it again. Then i ate it. Tasted like my mouth after I fire a lazer.

You know, I've done something like this before (just not the freezer part).
To try something interesting: there's a short time frame between when the marshmallow is still pliable and when it hardens. Try mixing in some candy (I like M&Ms) into the marshmallow after you have microwaved it.
