Re: Scratch-induced Insomnia?

Hmm maybe you could like try thinking up a dream or story. Either for Scratch or not  tongue
ENVISION a movie or idea you've been thinking of (a story that is) and think about what happens. If it's an animation, think about what's happening, etc.. When I was at my grandma's house on her swing, I would sleep on it while listening to my CD player (yes old tech). I would listen to several songs OVER AND OVER (you don't know HOW MANY TIMEZ). Anyway, I'd think of who would be singing them, what happens, and what it is. Though I've never gotten around to them, it's fun to think about.

Maybe you can dream up an interactive story  big_smile

--But then you might want to turn your computer back on to write down your ideas  sad   tongue  lol

Re: Scratch-induced Insomnia?

Hmm.

I'm still having some sleep problems, but it's a lot better than before.

Lols, peeps. Read a book before bedtime, about for 30 min, and then count to your breathing. You get bored of counting, and just fall asleep. However, you must keep counting!

No sheep are involved.

I always read before I go to sleep, it doesn't really help. The problem with counting is I get bored, then I start thinking, and no matter what I'm thinking about, it always leads to scratch...

Yeah, thats the way I think. One thing leads to another and BOOM!!! New book idea. But I have no problem with sleep. But if you take a weeklong break, antimony, you won't feel the urdge to go back on. That way you should forget it along with the insomnia.

I'm wondering, is there any way to cure this besides not scratching/foruming?

Re: Scratch-induced Insomnia?

Try taking a sleeping vitamin, not a slaping pill. The vitamin is drug-free and it has a natural ingredient called Melatonin. I take sleeping vitamins, and they help me get to sleep (Except for last night XD)
