I think one of floatingmagictree's project uses 0/0 to detect online/offline execution, and it works in the Flash Player. Take a look.
I'm willing to bet there are going to be some issues with projects that use workarounds to detect online/offline detection because of underlying differences between the Scratch in Java and Scratch in Flash.
