I don't. But it's very likely. It might be on both, like Mario and Sonic at the Olymic Games.

It wouldn't, because Nintendo only makes 1 SSB per-system. I am almost confident it will hit the 3DS since it has much better hardware and graphics and power.

MAJORA:
Would always be in Majoras Wrath form.

Class: Legend of Zelda
Character Size: Large (Like Ganondorf or Bowser Sized)
Character Speed: Medium

A Move: A Simple Punch
B Move: Whip
Up Move: Whip Crack Up
Side Moves: Mask Attack (Summons the smaller masks that are on the walls in the final battle in the game to fly into you)
Down Move: Whip Spin (Like in the game)
A/Side Combo: A Spiked Top is shot out at foe. If it misses, it will explode.
B/Side Combo: Mask flies off his body into foe, similar to what the mask does in its first form.
Grabbing Move: Uses his whip to grab foe and tug in, doing damage.

Colors:
Normal Color
Purple
Blue
Green
