Use google if you don't know what something means.
I ran AV Defender 2011 on my computer not in a virtual machine, not sand-boxed, I just ran it. It's an aggressive rogue antivirus that REALLY blocks program access (except iexplore.exe), and sets itself as the windows shell. The shell is explorer.exe, this thing sets itself as it so it starts in even safe mode.
I dared myself to do it. And I made it out alive. xP I killed the process by renaming taskmgr to iexplore, reset the shell, and then 0wned AV Defender with a real anti-malware program.

I actually use Security Essentials (i uninstalled norton), but I tried mbam to 0wn this rogue.

There is a difference between daring and stupid. That was stupid. You could have ruined your computer.
