I just moved the eyes and mouth off and made the pen 50 times bigger
Nothing happens if you shave it all

That doesn't work

This is terribly addictive and I cant stop playing it 

I reeely want to make a game as good as this

It does. Pause the game by pressing p, and then click on the blackground sprite. Click on the costumes, and then the autowin costume. Stamp the costume, change the costume back to normal, and then unpause and press space. There you go.

I think he means he doesn't feel it's that important to download it and go through all those steps just to prove (or disprove) his point.

I believe there is a big difference between not wanting to go through all the steps because it is tedious, and not wanting to go through all the steps because they dislike the game (which seems to be implied by the last sentence).

Let's try to keep everything here on a respectful tone here. As it has been said before, there's nothing wrong with disliking a game, but there is something wrong with trying to put it down just because you dislike it.

It's short, and the win thing doesn't work unless you follow a long list on instructions

No, it works, you just have to press space to activate it. It only activates when you shave the entire face (the game lagged with a big sensor that always checked if the face was shaved). Besides, it's more of a 'how fast can you shave that face' game than a 'can you shave the face' game. Once you do shave it, it records your time.
