Well, this isn't really a Troubleshooting topic (in fact, I'm not quite sure where it fits into the grand scheme of things here on the forums, so I'll have it moved to Miscellaneous for now).
If you're talking about talking here on the Scratch site in general, why not try greeting some New Scratchers or commenting on other people's projects? 
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease

it could be a glitch that makes you unable to see comments, or something else. i'm really not sure.
