Animated GIF Problems

When I import an animated GIF into Scratch as a sprite, it only seems to import one costume. This has not happened in the past. Do any of you guys have any suggestions.

And while your at it, could a mod or Scratch Team answer the maximum size of GIF images for your profile pic or gallery?

Re: Animated GIF Problems

The size of your image has to be less than 90 kb believe.

As for the animated GIF problem...I kind of recall hearing of that issue before.  Can you try changing the format of the GIF file by bringing it into another image editor?  It might be an odd variant of the GIF format.

He means a different image editor outside of Scratch (that supports animated GIFs), Ex GIMP.
