I AM ALIVE!

Progress:
Is slow, as I am going on holiday until tuesday, and go back to school on thursday. I will work on it a lot, incorporating the goal and the new map, severe changes will be made for glitch free movement and scrolling, which I hope will be the best on Scratch so far. I have basically started again.

Goals are fine by me. But please add goals between 0.1 and 1.0 to know what to add when.

The fence aorund the flowers looks odd. Maybe remove the fence and make it look more natural.

I have updated the goals.  We might not get done with the game (including all eight gyms and the elite four) before v1.0, in fact we probably won't, so we're aiming for a max of v3.0 before we release the fully operational game. Also, in number 1 of what we need to do, we need to decide if we're going to use mesh, divide it into parts, or use Panther. I'm for dividing it into parts and using passwords, but that might be a little tricky...  hmm

Splices as starters... well, I don't really like that idea, no offense, I think we should be more original... Chikorita is already a starter, and Vulpix and Psyduck only have 1 evolution each.

K, how about Magby as fire starter and then instead of magmar needing a magmerizer to evolve it is at lv.35. Magby could evolve at lv.15.
Grass could be Hoppip
Water could be Poliwag but poliwag evolves at Lv. 13 and Poliwhirl evolves at lv.38

ask wiimaster to do your starters; his pokemon are half custom half splice, not like most people's, so you can't tell that much of which pokemon it is made from...
or else...
oddish and evos, magby and evos, and seadra and evos.

And what about ideas?  We don't really have any ideas for if we're using fakemon starters...

im just wondering wouldnt it be extremely difficult to keep track of every one and having to share the project continuously to make sure all the stuff is up to date for the people?

wouldn't it be much easyer if you just picked one or 2 programmers just 2-4 spriters
and the other stuff? and have some people for backup in case both the programmers cant figure something out or if both artists cant cant match the form that you want a sprite to be just get a side person to draw it?

also make it so the legendary is dragonite  big_smile

can I help, I was working on apokemon game with flyinghatrick and a couple other scratchers, but we ended up quitting (I think), plus, I've got a ton of sprites

I will put a list of what we need to do:

1. Figure out how to make the game, i.e., are we going to divide it into parts and use passwords, or use mesh, or use Panther, or if we will even do that big of a game.

2. For versions
v0.0.2:  Add barriers for buildings and objects
v0.0.4:  Add interaction system
v0.0.6:  Add battle engine
v0.1: have a fully operational game with battles, interaction, houses, and at least one Route.
v0.2: add second city and second route
v0.4: Add enemy team and at least one more city
Will decide more goals later  tongue

3. We need to decide the starters. So far, we have come up with:

Fire starter: nothing yet
Water Starter: nothing yet
Grass Starter: nothing yet

Goal for v1.0: a fully operational game with cities, routes, trainer battles, a pokedex, gyms, and a storyline involving a Team and legendary Pokemon.
Overall goal: a roughly playable, minimum glitch Pokemon game.
