Help

When ever I click the record button it says a primitive has failed....... and when I say play sound is doesnt play it.   

What can I do about this?

Hmm, I've never encountered this problem before, nor have I heard about it, but maybe someone else might have. Let me move this thread to Troubleshooting, perhaps someone there can help.  smile

I haven't heard of this error my self either, let alone have ever had it. The following questions are helpful in order to find the cause of the error, so please answer them if you can as we would like to help.

-What operating system are you using?
-What version of scratch are you using?
-Do you have a working microphone?


Also, if you can get a screen shot of the problem that would be also very helpful.

Maybe you do not have a mic. operating. Or if you do, make sure it is in the Mic. jack rather than the stereo jack (Personal experiences  smile  )
