It would be good not having to go through all the topics to find the one you are looking for so I suggest there should be a way to bookmark topics.

As in subscribe to it as an RSS feed, or as in use Delicious?

No, more like being able to bookmark on Scratch.

Makes sense. Until then, you can just post on it and then find the thread in your posts.
Or bookmark it in your web browser.

I doubt this feature is even possible with the version of FluxBB forums scratch is using, and besides the feature is a bit pointless. If you want to bookmark a thread just do it on your browser. Both "Internet Explorer" and "Mozilla Firefox" have support for bookmarking a web page, so I suggest you use that feature.

I think it's much better to simply bookmark the topic(s) than to make the Scratch Team implement the feature...

It works just as well.

Pretty cool, but I think MIT will need to mess with FluxBB again to do that.
I support, but not sure if it will be implemented.

I just don't understand what bookmarking it within the forums would add to the experience that makes it better than bookmarking it within the browser.

It gets annoying to have your bookmarks cluttered like that, and then you can't see if there are new posts. But it's probably not worth it if they'd have to edit FluxBB.
