How To reflect a sprite?

I making a game and i want the sprite to turn around.

You can click on the "only face left-right" button.  It's up by the sprite name, when the sprite is selected and has a line with arrowheads on each end.  It will reflect the costume when the sprite direction is negative. 

Another approach is to make another costume with the costume being the mirror image of the first costume.  The paint editor has a flip command that helps you do this.
