*I did not create this*
So I was at the Scratch@MIT Conference 2010, and I saw this really cool website based on scratch that lets you control Arduino and they let me beta test it!

Did you base the plugin on etoys like Slash did?

do you do arduino? I am going to get one. You don't have to download it, it's all online, in browser.

Looks cool! Sadly, I don't have an arduino board; the closest thing I DO have is a Picoboard
.
So you went to the Scratch Conference? Awesome!

Yep. I'm an intern at Build-It-Yourself! Arduino boards are cheaper and better than pico boards. I was going to get a pico board but they jacked up it's price by 25 bucks! Arduino Duemilanove is about 25 bucks. If you know how to photo transfer circuit boards you can build your own.
You should check out some stuff at Build-It-Yourself we have some really cool stuff! (robots to program with scratch that cost under 30 bucks to make!)

HOWEVER, only Picoboards are compatible with Scratch xP (I think)
And I don't know what you're talking about as far as the price - it has been $50 for quite a long time...

One could make an arduino communicate with scratch- not easily though. And in 2007/2008, the PicoBoard was called a ScratchBoard and was 25 dollars.
