One day when i was activating mesh, i accidentally clicked the wrong thing and my screen turned yellow and a window that said 'Welcome to MIT Squeak' came up.

In a small window in the Squeak?
Is Scratch closed? If so, click the grey space, click open in the menu, then click Scratch in the second menu.
Else, I don't know.

I did this once. I think this is developer land.
Is there a little box with Scratch in it? Click it. That works for me.

I accidentally closed that window, because i freaked out.
Also, the background turned a shade of yellow.

Did you try just closing the window, and did that work? Else, give us a screenshot. That would help a lot.
Closing the window didn't do anything. (Except for close the window.)

Can you post a screenshot?

There's no need to be freaked out about this, you're just seeing the title screen for Squeak. Scratch is programmed in Squeak, so it's not like you opened the wrong application. There's a lot of errors that can happen like this, so a screenshot would be nice.

Turn fill screen off on Scratch, then see the grey? That's the grey I am talking about.

How did you get that window?

What happens here is that you accidentally switched to a different Squeak-project, sort of like a different window within Squeak. The project you're seeing here is this Squeak's version's mvc root project. You get there by selecting "previous project" in the World menu. There's a project thumbnail that lets you switch back to the morphic project Scratch is developed in.
Did that help?

Cool!
At first I thought it would mess up Scratch!

A certain someone that's online right now (Paddle2See) probably knows a download link for it...
