yeah, so... people can have more then one, not at the same time, but they can, if the project is good then it should go up

i'm afraid you are already are breaking a few rules, you can't propose your own project, it has too many love it's and views. try getting a friend to propose it, and you might have a chance! 

Um... I don't know if I can propose galleries to be featured but here is a suggestion: Scratch Cats! Gallery It's a gallery that features projects that feature the use of the Scratch Cat sprite.
