When you're looking at a project on a front page, or on a gallery, or on someone's userpage, and the title at the bottom of a project is longer than what it can show (ex. "Mockup: Customiza…"), you should be able to hover over it, and and it would show the full text
I'm guessing this has been suggested before, but I'm not sure.

If you hover over the project thumbnail, it does... or at least, it does for me (I'm using Google Chrome (let it be noted that I find it ironic that the British English Google Chrome spellchecker doesn't consider "Google" a word, yet the US English and French ones do [/offtopic]) )... however, with galleries, it shows the first fifteen characters or so, then trails off to "…"... so, if a gallery was called "Extremely super long gallery title!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", the text shows up as "Extremely super…"... it only shows the little sorta full text when you're on the "Show more" pages, not on the user page...

For the gallery thing, that doesn't happen to me...

Yeah I know, it does. Just when I was testing out this suggestion before i suggested it, I was hovering over the text - not the image
