This would probably be better in All About Scratch 
But I think it might be because there's alot of semi-realistic blood in your drawing. i like it though

I think the blood was more cartoony than realistic.

If just one person reported it, and no one else really thinks theres anything wrong with it, then it isn't really a problem, anyway. The Scratch Team doesn't just automatically delete a project thats been flagged once, or anything. They'll check it out, and if they don't see anything wrong, then its fine.

It's just smilies, bombs, and blood, I don't see why it wouldn't be reported.
The blood isn't cartoon, it's real blood spatter

People should feel free to report any project they think it's inappropriate. Do not worry, if it gets reported or censored by the community the Scratch Team always reviews it and makes a final decision independent from the report.
