How to get different sounds.

Hi,
I've been using scratch for only about a year but enjoy it a lot. I do not have a microphone and ask if anyone would have any ideas how i could get different sounds for my projects as i do not think any of the sounds scratch provide are appropriate. Is there any place i could download new sounds ( in particular i would like someone screaming very high pitched and the pre made screams are not ideal). Any suggestions?
Thanx.

Re: How to get different sounds.

You could try looking on Scratch Resources for sounds, sprites and more. If there's nothing there that fits what you're looking for, you could post a topic in the Requests Forum - perhaps someone will be able to make/get the sound that you need  smile

Hmph enjoy your fall - I get a lovely spring... without pans of new leaves.

You can get sounds off some websites for free, I can not remember which ones, but just google search "Free sound effects", find the website with a sound effect you like, download it then import it into scratch!
