Re: help please
This happens to a lot of people, including me. (This doesn't really happen to me with very small projects, though.) The only way I know to get around it is to keep trying to upload it until it succesfully uploads. You might have to try to upload it at least 10-20 times sometimes, though.
I hope the Scratch Team eventually finds a way to fix this problem.
