Scratch IRC
Hi I have just set up a scratch chatroom!
I am the head admin so I can appoint mods!
Here is the website~ [removed]
INSTRUCTIONS: When you get there, there will be a place for where you put your nickname... Just put your scratch name.. Then for the channel type in scratch! There you have it!
Please come! I will appoint mods!^^

Sorry, we are not allowing links to chatrooms anymore. As you noticed, it is very difficult to find moderators that are always there, so they become fertile ground for trolling behavior.
