That would be awesome! of course it won't happen
I'm going on a trip to an old freinds house (and a fellow scratcher) in southern Conecticut a little before Scratch Day, and I don't think he'll go, so I'm probably gonna take a train to Boston then a bus or something to MIT
I could walk if I had to
Edit: I just looked on Google earth. MIT is only 4 miles from south station. I'm gonna walk
Then again, the trip to Connecticut is still an idea, not absolute, so I might not go at all. That would suck

It's always set on a weekend, according to the Scratch Wiki.

Sorry It's not my fault my BFF lives there and his birthday is a few weeks before Scratch Day
I'm sure you'll get your chance someday. Scratch doesn't look like it's going anywhere soon. Maybe they'll host one in Denver or something. Thats not nearly as far, and I think they usually have video chat with MIT at these things.

It varies from year to year... last year, there were 3 in England, I think... one was in February, one was on a school day, so I couldn't go, and there was one in London, I think... the others were in Norwich and Manchester (if memory serves...).
