and this 600 second rule is stupid

It's part of being a New Scratcher... it's there to protect the forums from spam.

It's fair. The forums needs to be protected against fools like me and Taro.

Eventually, if you stay on the forums long enough you should be able to gain the normal "Scratcher" status. Don't worry the forums isn't the only thing on scratch. Go make a project and at least make the torture productive!  tongue

Alot of people have been asking about the misc forums lately.
Before, the misc forums were heavily spammed by random people making new accounts. You can t post on the misc forums until you are a 'Scratcher' to stop immediate spam. And it works well  smile
