I have a lvl 50 KYOGRE, and I'm gonna have a lvl 40 LATIOS(still tryin' to catch it). Look, if you have an ARCEUS(which I bet you don't) can I have it? I just wanna register it in my pokedex and that's it. And maybe go to Ruins of Alph with it(I'll trade you my KYOGRE). I bet you won't give me it, though, if you even HAVE one.

You can't re-encounter any fainted legendaries in HG/SS

Well you won't be able to use hoppingmad1's arceus for ruins of alph because it has to be a special event one that comes at lv.100.
